      Pros

      I love my team. Very collaborative. Everyone's always willing to pitch in to help. Our mission is inspiring and we see the positive effects we are having on educators. Great work/life balance and lots of opportunities to be creative.

      Cons

      We need to be better about breaking down silos and collaborating more across teams.

      Empowerment and autonomy with great teams to work with

      Cons

      Executive team does not know how to lead, retain a profitable business, and grow the business. ISTE took over ASCD and essentially burned through all of their profits and ended up letting many employees go as there were no profits
