      A lot of freedom to develop my own creative content. A great way to learn about the creative industry without having much experience beforehand.

      Cons

      A little unstructured but I think this was necessary for providing freedom amongst the team.

      - Friendly team and interesting work, as you get to meet all sorts of creative across the music and fashion industry. - Good as a stepping stone and perfect for university students and recent graduates looking to gain experience.

      Cons

      - Pay isn’t great and not many opportunities for profession.
