Pros

Provides flexible work hours, compensation study shows positions are paid at market except when starting, good benefits, collegial atmosphere, supportive leadership and a casual work environment. A diverse staff and work expectations are high. Allows individual to make a positive impact on success of organization.

Cons

Size of the organization limit the benefits provided such as FMLA, parental leave. Individual staff wear many hats and work is expected to be completed regardless. Tough on new individuals hired who are not willing to make the needed investment and sacrifice to become proficient in their duties as fast as possible in sync with the tenured staff.

Pros

Great work atmosphere, especially in the Marketing Department. I am on my way out and I know I will miss the people the most. Hard working, goal oriented, and easy going. No one likes work if you don't like the people you work with! Luckily, this place is an A+.

Cons

Pay is not up to par with other industries but benefits are excellent so it works itself out in the end. If you are lazy/a big procrastinator, you might not like it here.
