Pros
- The account team is polite and respectful
- Fully Remote
Cons
- Clear lack of investment in training/onboarding on part of the analytics team. Was offered little support and haphazard training which made for an awful onboarding. Was told to take my time and do my best. I created my own SOPs/training materials. What the analytics team had was a two paragraph Word document.
- Analytics culture is stepped in smug self-importance with a penchant for the “live to work” mentality. With that kind of culture comes a horrible work-life balance and the expectation that you will upkeep a horrible work-life balance as well.
- Analytics team was incredibly clique-y. Felt like I was being excluded for no other reason apart other than being new. And on a team of just 4 people, you know it’s you that’s not in the clique. It’s immature, imperious high-school cafeteria behavior. How pitiful.
- Analytics Director seems to wield a lot of control, and is a classic micro-manager. Leadership is either painfully unaware of the goings-on in Analytics or complacent because of how critical that work is to the success of their business.
