I'd be hard pressed to think of a positive benefit. Pay is medium, get sent places on a moments notice, hell on married life - never mind the kids.

Run by a couple who have different perspectives on life. She is money oriented and he is service oriented. When the two combine, royal fireworks usually result as he wants the best for the customer and she wants a 100% ROI. At that point, everyone pays - employees, customers and management. Offices are opened and shut by throwing dice apparently as the thought of building a customer base in an area doesn't seem to appear anywhere.

Most talented group of people there who are dedicated to producing accurate and highly presentable projects by working together for a common goal.

Having the owners wife who is only interested in writing people up. Can’t come in late if you have personal issues. Does not appreciate work well done, unreasonable deadlines, not performance bonuses, high employee turnover, is wages, very little training, no support from management
