      Never having to work with these people again.

      Cons

      They make six figures for doing less while paying teachers $45k and then they try to fight you.

      Pros

      Was a young, startup organization. Lots of observation and feedback with your supervisor or principal/assistant principal. (One-on-One check-ins, etc.) Good at attempting different initiatives and solutions to support student progress and organizational efficiency.

      Cons

      Employment offers for one year at a time.
