Overtime: Frequent late-night deployments (after 7:30 PM) 3–4 times weekly, followed by immediate production testing. Toxic Culture: Constant "public bashing" and a false sense of urgency created by 1-week sprints. Leadership Instability: Six Directors of Engineering in four years; none lasted more than a few months. Team Composition: Senior-most developer has only 5 months' tenure; the rest are primarily interns. Retention: Long-term contractors are resigning specifically to avoid working with Arisinfra. Tech Stack: Outdated environment; 90% Node.js with a forced, rigid functional programming structure. Atmosphere: High-pressure environment with zero recognition and extreme staff turnover.
