      Pros

      Jim, the CEO is a wonderful guy to work for. He is extremely personable and takes the time to get to know his employees and their families and is truly interested in helping his employees be successful. Training and certification opportunities are offered at request. Merit-based bonuses were awarded when an employee was recognized by contract/customer leadership.

      Cons

      One of the only cons was the lack of maternity/paternity leave. As a small company, they also did not qualify for FMLA at the time. However, I will say that the company was extremely supportive and were more than willing to hold my role for me to return to.

      Just that they are small, but they are growing rapidly and this will change.

      Pros

      Enjoyed the team and the work, owner seemed to be genuine and cared for their staff.

      Cons

      Not the company's fault but the schedule moved around based on client needs and was difficult to get e great work life balance during my tenure.
