      I would have to say the work environment.

      Interestingly enough, the work environment. There's a lot of room to grow, but sometimes it feels like the room they give you, isn't enough. You know what I'm saying?

      Pros

      The only Pro is the competent hard working people that I deal with every day.

      Cons

      There is a toxic atmosphere that effects the entire dept. People are treated as if they have No value to the company. Current management perpetuates this feeling. Going to HR is Not an option with ARCH.
