Pros
APW is part of a really busy industry so there is a lot of interesting work at the moment, the company is small enough that you know everyone that you're dealing with but not so small that it doesn't have the support and infrastructure in place. The interview process was smooth and onboarding easy - I was also impressed that the IT was ready for my first day - a couple of days before in fact! There is the ability to grow in the company and even move around different departments.
Cons
The only potential downside is that the role is remote but that is very common these days post-Covid anyway - and it's more than made up for by the regular online meetings and a monthly 2-3 day face to face with the team and our stakeholders!
