In Tehnology department, people are quite young and experienced at the same time. They work on people culture, they organise events and nice teambuldings. There is a small gym inside the bank.
Cons
They still work under waterfall model, so workload can vary from person to person. Old technologies. Sometimes you got involved on 5-6 different projects at the same time. Very much dependant on the suppliers.
