      They shoot from the hip and talk down to you all the day long.

      Cons

      They have a chip on their shoulder and are experts at firing you on the spot. You are their employee and they own you. They are *not* there to help you. They are there to show you who's boss.

      Off boarding is very quick

      Cons

      When I say the offboarding was quick, It was very fast. Limited questions. Rude exit interview. The person who was offboarding me tried to get me to meet them off site. Then, they arrived late and wouldn't pick up the phone to tell me where they were in the building.
