APM offer a great team culture, genuine work/life balance and care for their staff. There is a variety of work and support to ensure the work is done to a high standard. While achieving KPI's is a requirement, it is a by-product of the job, rather than the focus of the job.

Rehab is rehab. Explaining your role, and the limitations of your role, to customers can be tough. But that isn't specific to APM, that is an industry matter.
