Good pay and benefits package is outstanding.
Cons
Care more about the volume of call handled than handling the customers problems. Ever changing 'rules' on imports and exports. 1 minute late is late rule. Literally 60 seconds will cost you a mark. Antiquated IT systems make it extremely difficult to work efficiently.
