Pros
If working as junior executive to middle manager, this company offers a good work life balance and you can work till retired provided if the company still around. Many of people are here for retirement and relax. If you never thinking to have exciting career, as the company is not serious about advancement and achieving result, this may be your best job!
Cons
Company culture is lack of interaction and communication between departments. Some HOD are Civil service mindset. From Civil service sector and here to form their alliance. Just keep doing the same thing and holding meeting after meeting, re-org very few months and project wasted millions of dollar without fruitful result.
