Most of the team is friendly

Poor management, dealing with the owner was horrific, he was volatile and grumpy, the whole team walked on egg shells around him. I was shocked to see how poorly the team was treated by the owner, I can't believe they let him shout at home on a daily basis. There was no areas of development available, I learnt nothing in this role.

Few people I worked with were lovely and the job was really easy

Owner is disrespectful, shouts at employees regularly, hard to work with. There is no opportunity to grow and develop here.
