I had the opportunity to accompany people differently able supported by a multidisciplinary team of professional. I had a good salary and interesting benefits. Personal satisfaction to have lifted some people to acceptable conditions of better life.
Cons
Bureaucracy administrative delays Access to suitable housing difficult Online work not at all practical for situations that require the evaluation of professionals in the field. Medical appointments postponed indefinitely due to the influx into hospitals due to the covid 19 pandemic
