The salary is the only thing that was acceptable.

Cons

There is a lot of favouritism based on whether you can please the ego of the management. The management is incompetent and lacks the vision to give credit to the right workers. Overall very frustrating atmosphere.

A lot of how the company operates is based on business needs, so it can be difficult to get compensated fairly.
