Pros

Lots of free parking close to the building. Several restaurants within a few minutes of driving. Clean restrooms

Cons

Heavily micromanaged and goals are mostly unattainable. I wasn't allowed to leave for my child's doctor appointment because I hadn't been employed over 90 days. Working here left me emotional in my car after work most days. I needed to wipe away tears before walking into my home to greet my family almost daily. Recruiters are working incredibly hard but seem to be undervalued. No real opportunity to grow and each day feels toxic. I felt like I was being pressured to lie to candidates about job opportunities.

Pros

Almost no pros tbh It is remote that is it

Cons

pay stinks, but you can negotiate up into the high 70s there website says up to 80k culture stinks; work 7 days a week if you don't hit 5 subs, and even if you hit 5 subs you will find yourself working a lot of weekends, late nights, and when you need flexibility back will revive none. - Example: i typically work 745-545pm M-F an hour or two every Saturday and some Sundays; asked for a few hours to handle something told to use PTO. Ineffective and unprofessional managers; Vincent will talk about recruiters and other employees to other employees behind their backs. they sometimes take 2+ days to respond about something you need answered that day. They are all always in meetings like all day. the micro managing is back breaking. oh and health insurance for a family is 2500/month also they do whatever they can to not apy your PTO.
