Pros

Work from home, but training is disorganized and support for specific issues can be disorganized. Health benefits are good.

Cons

USA customers don't have the experience nor the appropriate degrees/licensing as professionals, they're skills are typically inadequate and the disorganization from the company can be a dark swirl in the sea. This doesn't happen in other countries since the customer is an electrician and can solve their own issues quickly.

Here is that APsystems is the one of the good working places Peoples are nice Work and Life balance are good There is nothing to bad

Pros

Get to travel. Work from home. Initially your colleagues are great.

Cons

President of NAmerica doesn't know the solar industry. Didn't provide any feedback during my 6 months there. Agreement stated how commission was to be paid, and they changed it verbally after 30 days. They did not pay out commissions. No performance review although it stated there would be one in agreement. Was told we were doing well- keep it up, then surprisingly got let go. Too many hurdles AP Systems face with the product.
