very selective in who works where. On many occasion, I've sent emails about my interest to work on a particular shift and I get no response at all, even when I reply within minutes of the availability of the shift. A friend of mine has been moved on occasion from his position simply because someone else complained that they didn't like where they were already working so they were forced to swap. Seems like there's a particular group of favouritism.
