Pros
I worked 4 assignments through this company (1 long term) within the healthcare field. They make it easy getting connected with assignments, good pay rates, all of the staff-recruiters, front desk, payroll, the directors are all friendly. You learn skills in the assignments to add into your resume, e.g.medical coding, expense management, HRIS etc.
Cons
The health insurance they offered at that time was a high deductible plan, although it's been a couple years so not sure if it's still that way, it seemed similar to a basic state plan. Maybe not a con because it worked out, but a few times I was offered assignments that I thought were a little underwhelming, part time or were for a company I didn't want to work for but when I declined, they did move on to finding better suited opportunities.
