Lack of benefits and poor communication create frustrations - Armed Security Officer AP Professional Security Employee Review

No PTO, no sick days, no benefits, no 401k, pay isn't enough. Communication is one of the worst I've ever seen. Favoritism is very high and not every employee follows the post orders or employees go against them and they don't seem to care about being fair across the board, don't pay 100% for travel, most training done on days off and not paid for neither is any equipment
