They can't retain employees to save their lives! Everyone leaves after a year.
For a company that's suppose to thrive off blockchain innovation, why is it that 50% of their engineers have left in the past year and 40% has left in the past 6 months???
They also give no valuable employee feedback, and employees are left to figure things out for themselves. Lastly the office space is overcrowded with people who won't even stay for long.
