Outside it seems to be a professional company but let me give u an inside look 1, people try to destroy ur talent 2, bad place for new people as no one will tell u anything, figure out urself 3, people act to be busy nd won't respond to mail or messages on time 4, deadline will extend by months if not weeks 5, blame games like in every company 6, a brand can call u even at 1 am in night .they own ur life . if their phone goes unanswered prepare for good gossip and argument 7, no time for urself,no personal life, no food on time, just work like a slave 8, brands will change after some time,so it will take some time to sync with client but bosses don't understand this 9, project team always delays timeline so no payment from clients 10, 3rd class developers everything is jugaad 11, clases with tech as most of requirements are not fulfilled 12, company is full of nepotism, if u point finger on one person be prepared for family warr 13, every time u will be asked what r u doing now, every hour. 14, after working 12 hours every day no appreciation, just find faults in work and humiliate us in meeting 15, people can't understand or reply in basic English, what and how will they understand the requirement of clients 16, i was shocked when i saw bunch of tech guys pasting my sentence in Google translater in Hindi,wtf 17, shittyy qa every time delay happens bcz of them 18, salary on time is a good thing 19, employees with 0 talent will b ur boss as they r with the company for a long time and they will pis s u off 20 hr dept is cool,they plan different activities for fun 21,company is now hiring nd firing company 22,other employees r not happy and people leave this company by themselves 23, my skill set remained the same before nd after entering into this firm 24, foooo ling nd looo ting clients is their motto
