      Pros

      ANP has made some recent changes in management which has resulted in positive changes within the company. Payment is now being made every 30 days. There were delays on payment in the past but I was always paid. The company is moving in a direction that will promote growth. The pay is very competitive with other companies. I am a contract employee do I can work the hours I choose.

      Cons

      Audio can be challenging at times with diverse accents and multiple speakers but this is just a small portion of the work. The majority of the work is fairly easy to transcribe.

      Pros

      Challenging work, not everyone can do it, so understand this before joining one of their teams. Very team based, lots of communication makes everything work. Competitive wages. You can make your own schedule to fit your lifestyle.

      Cons

      You have to be patience, they pay in net-30, there are many people who blast ANP for this but this is how they are set up and for me it worked just fine. In turn, larger checks, you just need to have patience and be a team player!
