Good start for freshers but it gets worst with time as you cant spend more than a month happily. You will see real colors of so called company

No culture, No Policies, No ETHICS, No process. No Values. Employees are just slaves. Late night working hours. Unprofessional Leadership . No salaries on time, No appraisals or incentives. only people who do not get job elsewhere work here. Just one person who takes decision as per his mood. No proper team for anything.
