Upper management is incompetent and needs to do better. The stores don’t get as much support as needed

Its a very nice place to work depending on store. Weekdays tend to be quiet, weekends obviously pick up in traffic and so does school holidays.

Every year they decide to hire new casuals even though there are current staff happy to work. Which doesn't make sense to me. Also in regards to training modules, I found I do them in my own time off work hours which I believe breaches Fair Work requirements. They also never schedule in time to even do those modules in work hours.
