      Awesome Management, good pay, good skills, easy to be promoted, and fun company events.

      Not a lot of hours assigned to you, though you can pick up more shifts from fellow employees.

      Pros

      It kept me out of trouble, taught me some basic safety skills that I could use for the rest of my life, I also had a killer tan

      Cons

      The pay was not amazing, and your experience may vary a lot depending on what pool you are assigned to, who your manager is. I tried to do it with friends but we got split up to different pools
