      Assigned as much work as I want to handle. No micro-management.

      Because we are expected to work with little supervision, you have to perform. There are lots of resources to help you along though.

      Given ownership of projects, fast paced environment, great place to work for self-directed individuals and those who don't need a lot of supervision. Given supervisory experience as soon as you prove your capability. The company is focused on meeting client needs and deploys technology fast. Also open to staff suggestions.

      Traditional ladder climbing opportunities are limited. Company has a relatively flat organization. Supervisory positions are related to the types of projects you are assigned,.
