Pros
Bonus is very good. Company occasionally gives good parties on small scale. No micro management in work. Environment is safe and good. Salary is always given on time. Company never asks for any extra office hours.
Cons
Taking leaves is always an issue regardless of the reasons. Company does not recognize/appreciate the employees. Company is not employee centric.
