      no pros working at this place

      Cons

      very negative and toxic work place. Barely any Black employees. they got a whole bunch of black workers from agency to come work while they participated in a black lives matter walk and shortly after they never brought those workers back. what other company would let an operating manager dress up as Trumps for Halloween and vote him as the winner!

      Pros

      You will meet a lot of genuine and great people there. If you go to work to make friends, that will happen at AMS Fulfillment.

      Cons

      AMS Fulfillment has a hard time truly listening to the people who do the work day-to-day. Leadership makes the employees feel like they are not valuable assets to the organization, which leaves a lot of room for low morale and complaining. If you are looking for a people-centric place to work, this ain't that!
