5 weeks of PTO that you will never get to use, complete lack of work/life balance...the upper management assumes that if you work past 5pm that you aren't being efficient with your time and then they turn around and send you emails at 11:30pm. Of course they will tell you that they don't expect you to respond at that time, but if you haven't full answered them by 9am, you will get a "tap on the shoulder". Literally, if you gave them every minute of your life, they would still want more. Be prepared to be criticized at every turn, so much so that you will begin to second guess every move you make. If you want to lose all confidence in yourself...work here
