Pros
There aren't any pros that come to mind. Terrible experience.
Cons
Worked with some very decent chefs and kitchen managers, but anyone that was good eventually left. Equipment was broken often, many times losing product and adding a lot more stress to an already unfavorable environment. Owners don't seem to have a clue on how to run a restaurant, the average line cook pay is low, and they constantly try to cut hours. Coming in to work a shift only to be sent home immediately after lunch rush three hours later is a waste of time. However, as long as the owners can pull up in their Lamborghinis and Tesla sports cars, I guess their savings of $11/hr from sending me home is worth it.
