Strong leadership from CEO. I feel like I can make an impact everyday. It is nice to have a voice and to be able to easily communicate with every team member. The team is extremely intelligent and awesome at what they do. Our office culture is fast paced, energetic and fun. Getting involved with AMP is one of the best decisions I have made.

It is a start up company, there are some financial sacrifices you have to make. But the potential success of the company will easily make up for that.
