Crappy company , unrealistic managers - Support Worker AMOI Employee Review

Owned by the Norwegian post it’s headed by a junior that thinks he’s Jeff Bezos when he is just a employee with no plans structure , strategy or Vision. Everything is possible but no clear direction or planning. As one can imagine everyone runs uncoordinated and little get achieved. The manager is not a micromanager he claims but become very micromanaging when things doesn’t happen as he want given that he never is clear about strategy , operational priorities or tactical plan.
