The anxiety that existed among the employees was palpable. There was a structure in which staff were constantly stack ranked against each other and the "bottom" would be cut without preparation for the turnover. This impacted projects, clients, and the clinicians that were dpending on that employee's follow up. The vision became quite short sighted and it hurt the morale and work that was produced across the company. It wasn't an environment that I wanted to continue to be a part of.
