Be prepared for micromanagement and blatant favoritism. Some recruiters are able to increase pay or housing amenities if management likes you.

It is difficult to keep nurses happy when pay gets lowered after booking. But if the rate goes up ... then nurses that are already booked get stuck with lower pay (the early bird will usually get the smallest worm)
