      Pay and benefits. Not great but not bad either.

      Cons

      Sometimes understaffed. Some lazy coworkers. But that's anywhere you go in healthcare.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
