Pros
-Nursing staff became like second family -very rewarding to assist in patients in their recovery -you get to collaborate with other healthcare departments (physical, occupational, and speech therapy)
Cons
-Very heavy and taxing on your body (patient lifting) -can be stressful at times with staffing/call-in or heavy patient load -At times nursing and therapy do not always consider each other's tasks; This can make your job harder if you have other patients waiting on you.
