Pros
Patient care is the number one priority of this organization and for that reason motivates me more to give excellent care to the patients and their family. there is warm atmosphere at my work place, my co-workers take their work seriously, team work is encouraged to get work done,
Cons
The common downside is when there is system failure, which doesn't happen all the time. And if there is such issue, the management team make sure, whatever problem that is at stake gets resolved as soon as possible.
