Cons
Unnecessary surveillance - employees are very closely monitored and overworked. Vacant positions are not filled and existing personnel are required to pick up the extra workload. Morale is at an all time low. New employees are lured with the promise of bonus to be paid at the end of each quarter. No bonuses were paid at the end of the 3rd and 4th quarter in 2016. The Vice President promised that all eligible employees would receive their bonuses for the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2016 sometime in January 2017. This never happened. 30% employee discount was rescinded. Managers are directed to create unrealistic goals for employees who struggle on a consistent basis
