      Employees are genuinely caring people. Imediate supervisors and managers are very supportive of staff.

      Upper management overly focused on saving money to the detriment of front line staff having the tools to do an efficient job.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
