Cons
I have never worked for a company or in an environment as poorly managed and unskilled. There exists an open disdain for certain “C” level leaders, as well as across peer positions. There exists a fear of change, with some senior employees refusing to adopt new tools or processes despite being industry standard or floated from the top. This manifests across the entire company in a level of apathy and obstinance that is ignored and left to fester.
