Great people, training and license process. Get out what you put in. Hybrid role

Comp is pretty static with not much room to grow upwards.

Overwhelmingly great benefits and worked with a few amazing colleagues.

I could write a novel about why not to work here, but I will just say that I should have listened to the many employees that would stop me and whisper in the hallways to get out while you can. I realized a lot of employees are only staying for the great health plan benefits because it’s certainly not the respect or pay. I wish I knew about Glassdoor before starting at AMG because I would have saved myself a lot of time and frustration.
