      Worked from some great people in our division and learned a great deal to take on to the next job.

      Cons

      Company is extremely bottom line focus. Doesn't care how you get there, just that you MUST get there. Very demotivating to employee when they know it is not possible to make the Corporate demanded numbers.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
