      Pros

      Pay is decent. Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Ametek bought the company and paid way too much for it which in an example of the way they run their business. Things are rushed and not carefully thought out which leads to bad decision making. They overly focused on monthly financials and not on the customer which is a effective way to run a business into the ground. I would never recommend anyone to work for them.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
