Pros
Ametek provided training on all aspects of the job, not just sales focus, from HR to safety both personal and OTJ! working with a diverse group of companies and products is very rewarding.
Cons
l like any job, there are always going to be issues that you don't agree with, however, here there is always the opportunity to discuss said issue/s and at the very minimum obtain a better understanding of the reasoning behind them.
