      The management team I've had the pleasure to work with have been supportive and helpful in navigating this fast-paced environment. This company is more structured than past experiences, which is very refreshing. Feel very valued and supported in my role.

      Little time for on-boarding/training. Little time to get accustomed to how the company funtions.
