Not many-- the SVPs are strong, but very controlled by Executives so are not allowed to think for themselves.
Cons
Senior execs are elitest and extremely controlling. Antiquated dress code, treat employees as dispensable products. No human factor. Violate wage and hour standards by making non-exempt employees exempt.
